All of our exterior wood doors are custom built after your order is placed. This allows us to
customize your door for special size requirements. Add our rustic and antique
style hardware to our hand crafted doors for increased beauty and pride for your home.
Hand Crafted Quality
Our exterior wood doors are hand crafted from high quality materials. We begin with select 1 3/4 inch
thick pine styles, rails and mullions, hand fitting them together. Then we add 1 3/8 inch thick custom
milled tongue & groove, solid pine, or specially built insulated glass panels. The door is
then smooth sanded and optional wood surface treatments like sand
blasting, wire brushing or distressing applied to add character and charm to your new doors.
Doors are shipped sanded and ready to be stained to match your home décor. Our exterior solid wood doors
can be pre-hung for your convenience.
Glass Door Options
All carved door styles are also available with a variety of glass options.
We use double pane Insulated Glass units with minimum 5/32” tempered or laminated safety glass.
When combined with our custom designed stained glass, these doors
present a truly spectacular entrance.
Knotty Pine Exterior Doors
Our Cross Buck solid wood door features a four-panel X-shaped layout of tongue & groove panels
with a cross-shaped support. The rustic design of this beautiful door would be right at home on your
southwestern adobe hacienda or your custom log home.
The Full Panel Exterior wood door is a southwestern classic design that contains a single knotty
pine vertical tongue & groove panel that looks awesome either plain or decorated with our southwestern
clavos.
Our Grand River knotty pine door is a two-panel mortise and tenon door that contains a series
of vertical tongue & groove boards divided near the handle by a sturdy rail for added strength and
beauty. We entrust our name to this very attractive, yet practical door of European ancestry.
Our River Walk wood exterior door is a distinctive arrangement of knotty pine panels, rails,
and mullions that create a beautiful pattern.
The Villa Nuevo solid wood door is an extraordinary horizontal arrangement of knotty pine panels
and rails and mullions that has Moorish roots. This design was introduced into the Southwest by
the Spanish, and is typically used to accent a home’s main entrance.

Use our innovative Entrance Designer to personalize the main entrance
to your home using our knotty pine exterior doors. Our intuitive, step-by-step guided design process
allows you to easily reveal on the thousands of options available including door style, sidelight and
transom arrangements, as well as glass type and placement.
You’ll even be able to customize stained glass colors and preview as many entrances as you want to design.
